Step Into Sport Manager is responsible for overseeing all the leadership opportunities through the Step into Sport programme.

 

 

 Coordinate the Step Into Sport project across all Bromley secondary schools

 

 

 

 

1.      Liaison with schools regarding all stages of Step Into Sport

2.      Monitor and evaluate participation figures

3.      Keeping schools informed of key dates

4.      Facilitating opportunities for young leaders to attend local and national conferences

5.      Organising training dates for Partnership schools

6.      Engaging secondary schools in the project

 

1.      Report back to the Partnership Development Managers on a regular basis

2.      Attendance at SSCO team meetings and Head of PE termly forums

3.      Production of written reports in line with partnership requirements

4.      Represent Partnerships at regional briefings
